A rusticated limestone first story and brick upper stones beneath a hip roof punctuated by a trio of round-headed dormer windows highlight tile Renaissance Revival style design. Varied window pediments handsome cornice complete the striking building. Tile fully-paneled courtroom, with mahogany Ionic pilasters and large chandeliers, is an eloquent statement of the power and authority of the Federal government. |
