Extremely pleasant 1.5-story Tudor Revival style cottage features prominent front gable and pair of gable dormers that reflect concurrently popular Colonial Revival style; design highlighted by round arches at entrance, engaged porch, gable windows; garage added on rear ca. 1950; contractor was Milton C. Savin; Prescott (1903-1974) was with Foreman-Derrickson Veneer Co., and later Eastern Container Corp.; in family until ca. 1991.
