2-story 1-pile with turned posts and lateral scrolls on 3-bay porch. Balustrade missing. Aluminum siding. Built by contractor Stephen H. Reid, who lived here a short time before giving to son, William W. Reid (1891-1914), who died shortly thereafter; widow Mary (1893-1982), later wife of Virgil Morgan, owned until her death; remains in family.
